My top priority is to offer you a smooth and personalized experience from start to finish. We’ll begin with a discovery conversation to help me understand your unique story and the vision for your special day.
Before the big day, I'll share a wedding guide to help you prepare. We’ll also have a pre-wedding meeting to finalize the details. Some packages include a complimentary engagement session to get you comfortable in front of the camera.
On your wedding day, I'll focus on capturing all the special moments while blending into the background—you won't even know I'm there. After the wedding, you can expect to receive your photos within 6-8 weeks, but I'll share previews much sooner.

01. How do we book you for the wedding?
To book me for your wedding, simply fill out the form on my contact page (linked below) or email me directly at nikki@southernphoto.co. We can schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and secure your date with a signed contract and deposit.
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, I love to travel and am available for destination weddings. While I’m more flexible for weddings across the US, I’m open to worldwide locations as well. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. Let's chat more about your plans!
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
I work closely with you beforehand to create a detailed list of must-have family photos, so that no important group shots are missed. On the wedding day, I efficiently organize and capture these group shots, making sure we stay on schedule while getting all the essential family moments.
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, I offer engagement sessions, which are included in some of my wedding packages. These sessions are a fantastic opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to become more comfortable in front of the camera before your big day.
